Ref 015: Sealed Quotation Invitation - 20 sets of Phototherapy and 45 sets of Neonatal resuscitation devices

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

The Office of the World Health Organization (WHO) Representative in Viet Nam is interested in procuring 20 sets of Phototherapy and 45 sets of Neonatal resuscitation devices  and would like to invite sealed quotations from your company for this. Distribution to 44 sites nationwide.

Attached files are quotation invitation with technical requirement for your information. The sealed quotation must be sent to our office at 304 Kim Ma, Ha Noi no later than 17:00 pm of Tuesday, 21 Sep 2021.

Please be noted that the Self-declaration Form must be signed and sealed quotation should be marked on the envelop: "Quotation for Ref No 015. Delivered unopened to the Administrative Officer"
