Consultancy on child psychological support - ILO/ENHANCE Project

Under the framework of the project Technical Assistance Project on Capacity Building for Prevention and Reduction of Child Labour in Vietnam (ENHANCE), funded by the US Department of Labor, the International Labour Organization (ILO) has been in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affair (MOLISA) to carry out activities in three interconnected components: capacity building, awareness raising and direct intervention in three provinces and cities: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and An Giang province.

Following up the results and recommendations of the assessment on the status of children in need of psychological support in HCMC, the project will provide support to identified children regarding individual psychological counselling and group-based psychological education activities depending on the level of psychological effects.

In order to implement this. the ILO/ENHANCE is looking for a service provider specialized in psychological counselling to provide psychological support to the identified children in three project districts of Tan Phu, Tan Binh, and Binh Tan.

The assignment is expected to carry out during September - December 2023.
