Lead consultant - ILO - Institute of Science, Technology and Environment (INOSTE) collaboration on social insurance for cooperatives

The ILO Country Office in Viet Nam is looking for a national expert to collaborate with the ILO and the Viet Nam Cooperative Alliance in developing a report on expansion of effective social insurance for cooperatives in Viet Nam, and the role social protection has played in supporting cooperatives and their workers following typhoon Yagi.

Proposals should include a clear indication of expected number of working days to complete assignment, proposed timeline for assignment, and budget.

The assignment is expected to start in June 2025, and should end no later than October 2025.

Submitted proposals should further include the CV of the applying expert(s), as well as a clear definition of roles if multiple experts are to be involved in the consultancy.

 Finally, candidates are encouraged to present the case regarding their experience and expertise on the key fields of work pertaining to this assignment, namely: social protection coverage expansion, survey data analysis, qualitative data analysis, report drafting, social protection in Viet Nam and cooperative sector.
