Ha Noi, 30 March 2016 – Two child-friendly community-based libraries have been opened today at Tam Xa and Dong Hoi pre-schools in Dong Anh District of Ha Noi. Supported by UNICEF and Samsung Engineering, the libraries are expected to benefit thousands of children, parents, teachers, education managers not only in the two pre-schools but also in the primary schools and nearby community.
