Formative evaluation of Family and Juvenile Courts in Viet Nam

Given the ongoing efforts and the need for strong commitment and investments for effective and coherent implementation of child justice reforms, UNICEF is seeking a national consultancy institution with relevant technical expertise to support the Supreme People’s Court in evaluating its current model of Family &Juvenile Court and way forward for national roll-out.

The consultancy is part of UNICEF’s support for strengthened access to justice for children in contact with the law and women survivors of gender-based violence under the Justice and Legal Empowerment Programme (EU JULE), funded by the European Union. It will contribute to Result 2 on increased access to legal advice, assistance and representation in both civil and criminal matters.
