Request for Quotation for provision of equipment for the One Stop Service Center in Thanh Hoa Province

UNFPA Vietnam Office is seeking quotations for 5 packages as detailed in the attached Request for Quotation, including:

1. Package 1: Office Equipment, Kitchenware and Others: RFQ Nº UNFPA/VNM/RFQ/2021/07
2. Package 2: IT Equipment: RFQ Nº UNFPA/VNM/RFQ/2021/08
3. Package 3: Electrical - Electronic Equipment: RFQ Nº UNFPA/VNM/RFQ/2021/09
4. Package 4: Camera for Security: RFQ Nº UNFPA/VNM/RFQ/2021/10
5. Package 5: ​Security Equipment: RFQ Nº UNFPA/VNM/RFQ/2021/11

If you are interested in submitting a quotation for the above-mentioned item, kindly carefully review our requirements in the attached files and send us your official quotations (duly signed/stamped by authorized person) together with other documents via email to vbidtender@unfpa.org no later than 17h00 (Hanoi Time, GMT+7) on Thursday 06 January 2022.

• The quotation must be inclusive of VAT.  Quoted prices should include transportation to the place nominated by UNFPA and unloading fee; and any other fees such as installation, training, post-service technical assistance (if any). 
• Delivery Time: The maximum allowed delivery time is 2 weeks upon issuing of purchase order (PO). 
• Delivery place: Thanh Hoa Social Work Center, 313 Ba Trieu st, Ham Rong Ward, Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province
• Contract award: In case of a satisfactory result from the evaluation process, UNFPA shall award a Purchase Order to the lowest priced bidder whose bid has been determined to be substantially compliant with requirements.
• UNFPA payment terms are net 30 days via bank transfer upon satisfactory completion of the required services, receipt of all supporting documents and VAT invoice.
