Ref 006: Request for Quotation (RFQ) - Printing WHO Laboratory biosafety manua

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

The Office of the World Health Organization (WHO) Representative in Viet Nam is interested in printing WHO Laboratory biosafety manual  and would like to invite sealed quotations from your company for this.

Attached files are Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Specifications together with delivery details for your information. The sealed quotation must be sent to our office at 304 Kim Ma, Ha Noi no later than 17:00 pm of Tuesday, 17 May 2022.

Please be noted that the Self-declaration Form must be signed and sealed quotation should be marked on the envelop: "Quotation for Ref No. 006 delivered unopened to the Administrative Officer"
